Efficient Lighting Toolkit Update
 A draft of the efficient lighting toolkit is now being reviewed by en.lighten Taskforce team members. Entitled “Achieving the Global Transition to Energy Efficient Lighting Toolkit,” this comprehensive document will provide technical guidance for countries on how to transform their markets to efficient lighting.
After comments have been received and the changes incorporated, an official, finalized version of the Toolkit will be made widely available in Spring 2012 in order to facilitate and support national phase-out efforts.
A comprehensive strategy document will complement the Toolkit by providing detailed instructions on how to implement a national phase-out program which addresses all lifecycle issues.
